1. BUILD IT BEFORE THE EXPO

Design and fabricate one original illuminated project at your own shop or workspace.

2. MAKE LIGHTING THE STAR

Illumination must be a primary part of the project’s design.

3. KEEP IT CARRY-ON SIZE

The complete entry, including its base and accessories, must fit inside a standard airline overhead carry-on bag.

4. PRIORITIZE POWER AND SAFETY

Projects must be safe for public display and properly connected to the provided 12V power source.

5. COMPETE FOR ATTENDEE VOTES

Registered Expo attendees will select their favorites, with prizes awarded to the top two entries.
