Session 1
Course Name: Subwoofer Enclosure Theory and Fabrication
Instructor: TBD
Course Details
Learn how to design and build enclosures that are perfect for any application and get the tips and tricks that will help you build a great-looking box quickly and easily. Garry Springgay walks attendees through the different enclosure designs common to car audio installations (infinite baffle, sealed, vented, bandpass variants) to break down the differences and advantages of each type. Further, Gary shows how to easily construct an enclosure that meets the required air volume and (where applicable) vent/port designs to maximize performance. This is an important component of designing and executing a full-bandwidth audio system with bass that blends with the system rather than being the one-note wonder.
